What you’ll be doing:

As part of the Cargoo Customer Support Team, you will work collaboratively with our internal and external global customers to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives through the performance of daily activities, which will include but are not limited to:

Assist our customers when using our products and services, resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can earn our clients’ trust and be familiar with help desk software.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support and will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.


  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat, email, and phone
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of the platform.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Help improve the functionality of the platform by gathering customer feedback and sharing the same with our Product Management team
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Help develop training material and videos
  • Train customer’s super users
  • Analyze and report platform malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Escalate via internal ticketing system technical issues


  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with the logistics industry, preferably ocean freight
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Patience when handling tough cases
