As a Customer Support Specialist, youโ€™ll be the frontline hero for our customers, a crucial member of our global Cargoo Customer Support Team. ๐ŸŒ

Your mission is to guide customers through the maze of our services and products, ensuring a smooth sailing experience. Using your exceptional communication skills and familiarity with help desk software, you’ll solve problems, recommend effective solutions, and make sure our clients love Cargoo as much as we do! ๐ŸŽ‰

 

๐ŸŽฏ Your Responsibilities: What Youโ€™ll Do Day-to-Day

  • ๐Ÿ“ž Respond to customer inquiries swiftly and accurately across chat, email, phone, and our ticketing system.
  • ๐Ÿ” Identify customer needs and guide them in using specific platform features.
  • ๐Ÿ› Analyze and report any platform glitches, conducting tests or simulating user experiences to identify issues.
  • ๐Ÿš€ Escalate technical roadblocks through our internal ticketing system.
  • ๐Ÿ—จ Gather customer feedback to help us innovate and relay insights to our Product Management team.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฃ Keep customers in the loop about new features and updates.
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Monitor and follow-up on technical issues until theyโ€™re fully resolved.
  • ๐Ÿ“š Create engaging training materials and videos.
  • ๐Ÿค Train super-users among our customers to be Cargoo pros.

 

โœ… Requirements: Skills to Make Waves in Cargoo

  • ๐Ÿ•‘ 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role, ideally in the logistics or ocean freight industry.
  • ๐Ÿ–ฅ Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
  • ๐Ÿ—จ Stellar communication and problem-solving skills.
  • ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Ability to multitask like a pro.
  • ๐Ÿ˜‡ Patience to navigate through challenging situations.
